We are an independent consultancy and test house that has been established for over 100 years. Our roots can be traced back to 1910 when a laboratory was established by 黑料视频 to research into explosives and metallurgical processes.

BCL incorporates a range of scientific and engineering disciplines, providing consultancy, investigation, and survey services to 黑料视频, other local authorities, and the private sector throughout the UK.
